TEDx Talk: Reimagining the Ramayana Through Modern Psychology

I am thrilled to share my recent speaking engagement at TEDxNUALS 2024, where I had the privilege of taking the stage under the event’s evocative theme, “Musings in Twilight.”

Hosted at the prestigious National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) in Kochi, this platform allowed me to bridge the ancient past with contemporary science in front of an incredible live audience.

My talk dove deep into the intersection of ancient Indian epic literature and modern psychological frameworks. By analyzing the profound choices, intense conflicts, and emotional landscapes of the characters within the Ramayana, I aimed to look beyond traditional folklore. Instead, we explored these timeless figures as complex case studies in human behavior, mental resilience, and emotional intelligence.
